How Do I order?

Call us on 01484 537280 or order online once you have requested an account and a log in has been shared. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR BUSINESSES WITHIN THE WEST YORKSHIRE AREA.

How do I pay for my order?

You will authorise the card payment upon placing an order - We will then capture the payment once the order has been fulfilled by ourselves. - IF YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT ACCOUNT PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE SO WE CAN ARRANGE THIS FOR YOU.

When Will I receive my Order? / Pre Order Items?

Our delivery aim is 2 working days* when placed by 1pm (Mon-Fri) - *depending on availability - Ts&Cs apply. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch either via email or via the phone with a delivery timescale of any items ordered that specify as being a 'pre order' item. Please note this can be up to a 2 week lead time depending on the product type.

Can I update/Change my order once placed?

If you would like to amend or change your order please call the office as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any amendments requested. Call Us On 01484 537280.

What is your return policy?

Because our deliveries consist of raw animal products if there is an issue with the quality of your delivery, firstly DO NOT CONSUME ANY PRODUCT YOU ARE NOT SURE IS FIT FOR CONSUMPTION. Secondly, contact us on sales@hdfoodservice.com or call us on 01484 537280, to let us know the issue, we will then make a decision where the product needs to be returned or disposed of.

I have a complaint, who do I speak to?

You can call our office or email sales@hdfoodservice.com. We will deal with whatever the complaint is as soon as possible.

What if some of my products are not in tip top condition?

All the care in the world is taken when packing orders but the odd bit of bad fruit or veg MAY creep into your order, unfortunately fruits and vegetables are living things and do sometimes go bad quickly. If this happens, simply take a picture send it to us over email and we will refund the value of the product. 

There is an item(s) I would like to order but are not online?

Needing a product but can't see it on our product range online? Contact us and we will do our best to source it for you! Call Us on 01484 537280

Can I Collect My Order?
